Our recruitment firm is partnering with a confidential, progressive veterinary hospital in Fairfield, Connecticut to identify an Associate Veterinarian who wants to make a meaningful impact in a modern, collaborative clinical environment. This is a full-time, on-site direct hire opportunity supporting companion animal care, primarily dogs and cats.

What You’ll Do
- Examine, diagnose, and treat companion animals through medical and surgical care.
- Provide preventive care, administer core vaccinations, and counsel clients on wellness and long-term pet health.
- Perform dental procedures and support high clinical standards across the hospital.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership, support teams, referring veterinarians, and broader veterinary partners.
- Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting while helping maintain a positive, team-oriented culture.
What We’re Looking For
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Eligibility to obtain a Connecticut State Veterinary License.
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort treating dogs and cats medically and surgically.
- Collaborative communication style with clients, colleagues, and veterinary partners.
- Ability to thrive in a busy hospital environment with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Two or more years of veterinary hospital experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates may be considered.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
