Pink Moon Consulting is partnering with an established litigation defense firm to identify a Workers’ Compensation Litigation Associate for its California team. This is an excellent opportunity for a California-licensed attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and the ability to make an immediate impact on active defense matters.
In this role, you will defend employers and insurers in workers’ compensation litigation, manage cases through key stages of the litigation process, draft motions and legal correspondence, attend hearings, and work closely with senior attorneys on strategy and case execution.

What You’ll Do
- Handle workers’ compensation defense matters
- Manage case evaluation, discovery, hearings, and litigation deadlines
- Draft motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Attend WCAB hearings
- Communicate with clients and internal legal teams
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on litigation strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 2–4 years of post-bar litigation experience
- Workers’ compensation or insurance defense experience preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and case management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume litigation environment
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
