Pink Moon Consulting is partnering with a global engineering and design consultancy to identify a Healthcare Principal who will help shape the growth of its Houston healthcare practice.

This is a highly visible seller-doer leadership opportunity for an accomplished mechanical engineer who wants to influence business strategy, lead transformative hospital projects, and mentor multidisciplinary teams delivering sustainable, technically exceptional solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multidisciplinary healthcare projects from concept design through construction administration and systems commissioning.
• Serve as Lead Engineer or Engineer of Record on key engagements, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and accountability.
• Build trusted client relationships, generate repeat business, and identify new market opportunities.
• Manage project financials, schedules, resources, risk, quality, and contractual commitments.
• Guide and develop engineering teams while strengthening collaboration across disciplines.
• Advance sustainable design solutions that improve healthcare environments and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer license in Texas.
• 15+ years of professional experience, including significant hospital design experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Success leading medium- to large-scale multidisciplinary projects as a project manager or project director.
• Strong mechanical design leadership, client development capability, commercial judgment, and executive communication skills.
