Our recruitment firm is partnering with a leading national professional services organization to identify experienced Health & Benefits Sales Professionals for multiple U.S.-based opportunities. This is a high-impact role for proven sales leaders who know how to open doors, build executive relationships, and deliver consultative benefits solutions that help employers solve complex workforce and healthcare challenges.
This opportunity is ideal for a true hunter with strong mid-market Health & Benefits experience, a disciplined sales process, and the ability to sell strategic solutions to employers with approximately 1,000 to 5,000 employee lives. You will have the platform, resources, market credibility, and internal expertise to pursue meaningful client relationships and grow a substantial book of business.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to generate new business and expand client relationships.
- Sell Health & Benefits solutions to mid-market employers through a consultative, broker-style sales approach.
- Engage C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and position high-value solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, RFP responses, pricing negotiations, and closing.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to deliver thoughtful, practical solutions that improve employee benefits outcomes.
- Represent the organization in the market through industry events, professional networks, and regional business development efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Health & Benefits, Employee Benefits consulting, brokerage, or closely related sales experience.
- Proven success selling to employers with approximately 1,000 to 5,000 employee lives.
- Strong record of achieving sales goals, building pipeline, managing complex opportunities, and closing new business.
- Ability to access and influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Experience managing a large book of complex or high-yield business.
- Comfortable working a hybrid schedule from day one, with three days per week in office.
- Must live within commuting distance of an eligible U.S. office location and be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
