What you’ll do
- Defend employers in employment matters including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage & hour claims
- Manage discovery end-to-end
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Work directly with clients alongside experienced litigators
What we’re looking for
- 2–5+ years of employment litigation experience (defense required)
- Active California bar license
- Strong discovery, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Comfortable with billing and case management responsibilities
