What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing new business
  • Hit and exceed monthly quotas with a focus on net new logo sales
  • Leverage provided leads and self-source opportunities
  • Build genuine relationships and deliver value to prospects
  • Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with founders and help shape sales processes in a creative, high-energy environment

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas (proof required)
  • Strong communicator who can present value at any level
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Tenacious, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Bonus: Startup experience or selling into manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades sectors
