We’re seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to help architect and scale our next generation of AI-powered product experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and operate LLM-powered and agentic workflows for claims data
- Build and maintain HIPAA-compliant systems for sensitive healthcare data
- Lead decisions on security, compliance, cost, and performance for AI workloads
- Implement robust monitoring and observability for AI pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into our platform
- Mentor engineers on backend and agentic workflow best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in software engineering
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and secure, compliant deployments
- Proven track record building scalable, reliable systems
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice To Have:
- Leading AI infrastructure projects end-to-end in startups
- Shaping engineering standards or architecture
- Early-stage product ideation for AI features
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Pulumi
