What You’ll Do:
- Own the lifecycle of key exchange features (trading flows, risk & margin UX, account/funding/withdrawal)
- Define clear product requirements grounded in user needs and system constraints
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business teams
- Ensure features are useful, reliable, and user-focused—even under real market conditions
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in product management
- Proven track record shipping complex, system-driven products (fintech, exchanges, infra, or marketplaces)
- Strong technical collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, high ownership, and accountability
Nice To Have:
- Experience with trading platforms, derivatives, or margin systems
- Comfort operating during incidents or high-pressure launches
- Experience with both retail and institutional users
