PMC1023 – Corporate Staff Attorney – Jr Level Role, (Location – Louisville, KY; Onsite)

Are you a junior corporate attorney ready to make an impact in the healthcare sector?

We are seeking a motivated legal professional for an onsite role in Louisville, KY for a long-term and short-term rehab facility. Local candidates will be prioritized.

What You’ll Do:

• Support general corporate legal work and risk management
• Draft corporate announcements and file documents with state agencies
• Handle “corporate housework” (minutes, records, presentations)
• Manage litigation, coordinate responses to subpoenas, and defend claims
• Review legal pleadings, facilitate discovery, and preserve evidence
• Negotiate settlements and attend ADR as needed
• Advise on regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Will report to the Chief Legal Officer

Who You Are:

• 1–2 years of corporate experience (healthcare law preferred, but not required)

• A corporate attorney (not personal injury, defense, or prosecution)
• Experienced in long-term care or in-house legal work (a plus)
• Ready to collaborate and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment
