Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a culture of patient-centered care and enhance the patient and family experience
- Translate patient feedback into actionable improvements
- Lead quality and performance improvement projects
Qualifications:
- RN license in California
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 3+ years clinical experience with leadership skills
- Experience in patient advocacy or grievance management is a plus
- Quality improvement and data analysis experience preferred
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP)
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
