PMC1022 – Manager, Patient Experience (Locations – Murrieta, California OR Wildomar, California; Onsite)

Are you passionate about elevating patient care and driving positive change in healthcare? We are seeking a dynamic RN Manager to lead Performance Improvement and Patient Experience initiatives at a respected, accredited hospital in Southern California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a culture of patient-centered care and enhance the patient and family experience
  • Translate patient feedback into actionable improvements
  • Lead quality and performance improvement projects

 

Qualifications:

  • RN license in California
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 3+ years clinical experience with leadership skills
  • Experience in patient advocacy or grievance management is a plus
  • Quality improvement and data analysis experience preferred

 

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP)
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
