PMC1018 – Director Financial Reporting, Insurance (Location – Sandy Springs, GA; Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a hands-on Director of FP&A with deep insurance accounting expertise (IBNR, DAC, premium recognition, loss ratios/triangles) and experience with Planful/BlackLine systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Partner with senior leadership on financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
• Drive technology enhancements in reporting and reconciliation (Planful/BlackLine)
• Prepare and file timely financial statements and support audit requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• FP&A management experience (insurance industry preferred)
• Proficiency in reporting systems and advanced Excel
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
