Are you ready to take the next step in your construction management career? Our client, a top-tier general contractor, is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager to join their dynamic Los Angeles team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and coordinate installation of low voltage building systems (electrical, communications, security, AV, cabling)
  • Supervise subcontractors and company personnel, ensuring safety and quality standards
  • Manage project scheduling, material handling, and site logistics
  • Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and vendors
  • Maintain accurate project logs and cost records

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business preferred
  • 3–7 years’ experience in electrical/low voltage systems and cabling installation supervision
  • Hands-on background in security, AV, and communications systems integration
  • Credentials such as PMP, BICSI RTPM, RCDD, or BICSI Cable Installer highly desirable
