What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and catalog project documentation from trade partners
- Assemble and brand project manuals and reports
- Conduct field observations and verify construction status
- Lead and mentor junior associates
- Collaborate with MEPF trade partners and support testing/inspection processes
- Assist with project scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years’ relevant field experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft Project
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a natural problem-solver
- Ability to perform physical tasks on active jobsites
