What You’ll Do
- Lead HR transformation initiatives for mid-to-large organizations.
- Partner with executive leaders to develop modern HR strategies and operating models.
- Guide clients through HR technology, process improvement, and organizational transformation.
- Incorporate AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve HR operations and employee experiences.
- Deliver strategic recommendations that help organizations become more agile, efficient, and future-ready.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (business, information systems, HR management, organizational psychology or similar). Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of external HR transformation consulting experience
- Experience leading large-scale HR transformation or organizational change initiatives
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, operating models, organizational effectiveness, and HR technology
- Experience with platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise HR technologies
- Exceptional consulting, executive communication, and relationship management skills
