What You’ll Do
- Lead communication strategy for large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
- Partner with executive leaders to develop compelling communication plans and messaging.
- Design employee communication campaigns that drive engagement and adoption.
- Advise clients on change communication best practices and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop presentations, communication toolkits, and executive messaging for leadership teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree is a plus)
- 8+ years of consulting or corporate communications experience
- Experience leading communication strategies for organizational change or transformation initiatives
- Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment
