What You’ll Do:
- Oversee cardiovascular nursing departments with 24-hour responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams
- Drive quality, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with physicians and act as a change agent
What We’re Looking For:
- BSN required; Master’s in Nursing or willingness to obtain
- Current RN license (or eligible)
- 3+ years clinical nursing experience, 2+ years in leadership
- Hands-on VAD/LVAD and ECMO program experience (must-have)
