What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor clinicians and therapists
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain a caseload of billable hours and support ongoing program development
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA certification or Master’s in ABA coursework
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
