On behalf of our client, a fast-growing technology company revolutionizing industrial staffing with AI-driven solutions, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to join their SoHo, NYC office.
About the Role:
You’ll drive the future of industrial labor by building and scaling AI-powered marketplace products that connect businesses with vetted workers. This is a high-impact, in-office role for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-ethic environments and is passionate about transforming legacy industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape product strategy and vision for AI-driven labor marketplaces
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, and field teams to deliver practical solutions
- Rapidly prototype and validate concepts using AI
- Use data to uncover insights and drive product decisions
- Write clear product requirements and technical specs
About You:
- Undergraduate degree from a top 25 university
- 7–8 years of product management experience, ideally in labor marketplaces or matching/recommendation systems
- Strong technical background (CS or related degree; coding and SQL skills preferred)
- Experience shipping AI products or working with conversational AI
- Startup experience (2+ years) in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communicator, able to synthesize feedback and socialize ideas across teams
- Analytical, adaptable, and collaborative—comfortable bridging business, tech, and user needs
- Experience in AI recruiting or traditional recruiting software
